What's the difference between soft-washing and pressure washing?

Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to physically blast contaminants off a surface. It's the right tool for concrete, brick, and other hard surfaces. Soft-washing uses low pressure with a surface-specific cleaning solution that does the cleaning chemically, then rinses away. We use both, depending on the surface.

How long does a typical house wash take?

Most houses take two to four hours on site. Larger homes or properties with significant access challenges can run longer. We confirm the day before and arrive within a one-hour window.

Will the cleaning solution hurt my plants?

No. We pre-wet all landscaping before applying anything, use appropriate dilutions, and rinse thoroughly.

Do I need to be home?

Not required, though a brief walkthrough helps. We need access to an outdoor water spigot and to the exterior. We send before-and-after photos with your receipt.

What if it rains?

Light rain is fine. Heavy rain or thunderstorms get rescheduled at no charge.

How often should I have my house washed?

Most homes in Loudoun County benefit from a full exterior wash every 12 to 18 months. Heavy shade or northern exposures may need it annually.

Are you insured?

Yes. Full general liability and worker's comp. Certificate of insurance available on request.

How do you handle payment?

For residential customers booking online, we place a card on file at booking. Nothing is charged until the job is complete and an admin has approved the photos. Commercial and HOA accounts can use net-30 invoicing.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

Tell us, and we'll come back. If something we cleaned isn't right, we'll re-clean it.

Do you work on commercial properties or HOAs?

Yes. We service storefronts, office complexes, HOA common areas, and multi-property contracts. Net-30 invoicing available.
