This page explains what Anchor Point Exterior Services (“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website, ask for a quote, book a service or sign in to your account, what we do with it, and the choices you have. Anchor Point Exterior Services is a business name of The Social Well LLC.
What we collect
- Quote and contact requests. Your name, phone number, email, property address, property type, the service you are interested in, any date or time you prefer, your message, and whether you agreed to texts. If you choose a password, we save it so you can sign in later, in scrambled form (we cannot read it).
- Bookings. The same details, plus the services, size and schedule you pick and a card kept on file for payment.
- Your account. Your sign-in email, and the jobs, quotes, invoices and payments tied to your name.
- Photos of your property. Our crew takes before-and-after photos of the work. They are stored for your job record. We only use a job’s photos in our marketing if you say yes for that job.
- Reviews. If you leave a review, your name (first name and last initial by default), your rating and your words, and whether we may use your photos.
- Calls and texts. Calls and texts with our business phone number, and the contact details tied to them.
- Technical details. When you send a request, we note your IP address and browser type to help stop spam and misuse.
How we use it
- To answer your request, give you a quote, schedule and do the work, and keep your job record.
- To send confirmations, reminders, invoices and receipts, and to take payment.
- To run your account and keep it secure, and to prevent spam and fraud.
- To look after our customers and improve our service.
- To follow the law and keep the records our business is required to keep.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for other companies’ advertising.
Who helps us run the site
We use these providers only to do their part of the job:
- Stripe handles card payments. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us. We never see or store your full card number; we keep only a reference to your card so we can charge it as you agreed.
- Postmark delivers our emails to you.
- Twilio and Quo carry our text messages and phone calls. We text you only if you opted in (see below).
- Google Maps turns your property address into a location so we can check that you are in our service area and plan the visit.
- Backblaze B2 stores the photos of your job.
- Sentry tells us when something on the site breaks. These reports can include technical details about the visit.
- Cloudflare helps keep the site fast and secure.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site. Your browser asks Google for them, so Google can see your IP address.
We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our customers, crew or business.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the site needs: one that keeps you signed in, and one that protects forms from forged requests. Your browser also remembers, on your device, that you dismissed the first-visit notice on the contact page. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe (on payment pages) and Cloudflare may set their own security cookies.
Text messages
We text you only if you check the text box on a form. We use texts for things like appointment updates and follow-ups on your quote. Message frequency varies with your jobs. Message and data rates may apply. You do not have to agree to texts to get a quote or book a service. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number with anyone for their marketing. See also our Terms.
How long we keep it
We keep job, quote, invoice and payment records for as long as we need them to run our business and meet legal and tax duties. We keep other information for as long as it is useful for serving you.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we have about you, correct it, or delete what we are not required to keep. You can stop texts by replying STOP. To ask, email [email protected] or call 703-997-5037.
Keeping your information safe
This site uses secure (HTTPS) connections, and we limit who on our team can see your information. No method is perfect, so please use a strong password and keep it to yourself.
Children
Our services are for property owners and managers. This site is not meant for children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
