These terms apply when you use this website or ask Anchor Point Exterior Services, a business name of The Social Well LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”), for a quote or a service in Loudoun County, Virginia. By booking, accepting a quote, or using your account, you agree to them. How we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.
Quotes and prices
- Prices shown for online booking are based on the size and options you choose. The total on your booking is an estimate; your invoice shows the final amount for the work done.
- For work priced by quote, we send a written quote. A quote is good until the date shown on it, and covers the work described in it.
- Nothing is owed for a quote request or a quote you do not accept.
Booking and arrival
When you book, you pick a date and time window. We confirm by email, send a reminder the day before, and arrive within a one-hour window of the scheduled start. We need access to the outside of the property and to an outdoor water spigot. Please tell us about anything we should know about your property before we start.
Cancelling and rescheduling
You can cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled start. You can ask for a cancellation or a new time from your account, or by calling or emailing us. If you need to cancel closer than that, please contact us before the scheduled day and we will work it out with you. If heavy rain or thunderstorms are coming, we reschedule at no charge.
Payment
- Card on file. When you book online, you add a card, which is held on file with Stripe. It is not charged when you book.
- When we charge. After the work is done and our team has approved the job, we email you your invoice and a link to pay (and to add an optional tip). If it has not been paid after a short time (currently about 48 hours), you agree that we may charge the card on file for the invoice amount, without a tip.
- Invoices and terms. Commercial and HOA accounts, and anyone we have agreed other terms with, are billed under the payment terms shown on their invoice (for example, net 30).
- Cards are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
If something isn’t right
Tell us as soon as you can. If something we cleaned isn’t right, we will come back and re-clean it.
Text messages and email
If you check the text box on a form, you agree that Anchor Point Exterior Services may text you the number you gave about your quote, bookings, reminders and account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to texts is not required to buy anything. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also contact us at [email protected] or 703-997-5037. We will also email you about your requests, bookings, invoices and account; those messages are part of the service.
Your account
Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Limits on our responsibility
We do our work with care. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost income), and our total responsibility for any claim about a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its date, is the one that applies to new bookings and quotes.
